This Privacy Policy describes how Promodite, S.L. (hereinafter, "the Controller") collects, uses, and protects information from users of the Rezar en Familia mobile application (hereinafter, "the App"), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

By accepting this policy, the user responsibly declares that they meet this age requirement. Rezar en Familia does not knowingly collect or solicit data from persons under the age of 16. If we become aware that data from a minor below that age has been collected without meeting this requirement, we will delete it immediately from our systems.

For data hosting and infrastructure services, we use HostForWeb (OC1-HostforWeb, LLC), with servers located in the United States. Since this provider processes data from European Union citizens, the transfer is carried out under the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. These clauses are an integral part of the provider's terms of service and GDPR compliance policy, ensuring a level of data protection equivalent to European standards.

All content of the "Rezar en Familia" application, including but not limited to: audio files, texts, photographs, logos, designs, interfaces, and software, are the exclusive property of Promodite, S.L. or its legitimate licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other use of the App's content — especially audio files — outside the application environment, without the prior written authorisation of Promodite, S.L., is strictly prohibited. Access to the App does not grant the user any ownership rights over downloaded or viewed materials.
The user agrees to make lawful, diligent, and proper use of the application and its content, in accordance with the law, morality, and public order. In particular, the user undertakes not to:

Promodite, S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to adapt them to legislative changes or technical improvements.
Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of any dispute. In the event of a conflict, both parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
